Articulo 60 . Las estaciones de radiodifusión sonora en Frecuencia Modulada (FM) se clasifican así

Estaciones de primera clase . Aquellas con potencia efectiva radiada por la antena entre diez (10) y cien (100) kilovatios;

Estaciones de segunda clase . Aquellas con potencia efectiva radiada por la antena entre cinco (5) y diez (10) kilovatios;

Estaciones de tercera clase . Aquellas con potencia efectiva radiada, por la antena entre doscientos cincuenta (250) vatios y cinco (5) kilovatios.
