El Procurador General de la Nación, por vía correccional, podrá imponer multas hasta de cien pesos ($100) y arresto hasta por diez (10) días a los funcionarios y particulares de cualquier clase, excepto los Ministros del Despacho, que le desobedezcan o le falten al debido respeto. Cuando la desatención a sus órdenes o la falta de respeto procedieren de un Ministro, deberá quejarse ante el Presidente de la República.
