Artículo tercero. La Superintendencia de Regulación Económica podrá solicitar en cualquier tiempo de los productores, fabricantes o comerciantes toda la información que considere necesaria sobre los descuentos o porcentajes que tengan establecidos en favor de sus agentes o distribuidores, y si no los encontrare debidamente justificados, podrá de oficio rechazarlos, y en este evento determinar los porcentajes que se justifiquen y los precios correspondientes, así como la fecha de vigencia de los mismos.
