TERMINO DE PRESCRIPCION DE LA PENA. La pena privativa de la libertad prescribe en el término fijado para ella en la sentencia, pero en ningún caso podrá ser inferior a cinco (5) años. Para el delito de deserción, la pena prescribirá en dos (2) años. Las penas no privativas de la libertad prescribirán en cinco (5) años.
