La Contraloría General de la República velará por el estricto cumplimiento de la aplicación del impuesto de que habla el artículo 1° de la Ley 34 de 1932. La misma Contraloría dictará todas las normas y medidas que estime conveniente para la correcta fiscalización de la inversión de los fondos que por medio de este Decreto se reglamenta, y nombrará el personal suficiente para esos fines.
