ARTICULO 1.8.3.0.4 . PRIVATIZACION DE ENTIDADES NACIONALIZADAS. La Nación, previo concepto del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, del Superintendente Bancario, del Gerente del Banco de la República y del Presidente de la Comisión Nacional de Valores, podrá vender de nuevo sus acciones a particulares, previa reforma de estatutos que restablecerá estas instituciones y a sus accionistas el régimen y los derechos aplicables a entidades privadas similares. Tal venta se realizará en las condiciones que señalen el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, el Superintendente Bancario y el Presidente de la Comisión Nacional de Valores.
