El referido material será enviado por el Almacén General del Ministerio de Educación a los Almacenistas Intendenciales o Comisariales, quienes cumplirán estrictamente las instrucciones de los Inspectores Escolares Misionales para su distribución entre las escuelas y deberán rendir las cuentas relacionadas con material escolar con visto bueno de los respectivos Inspectores Escolares y en la forma indicada por la Contraloría General de la República.
