Créanse en la Aduana de Barranquilla dos Ayudantes del Cajero, con el sueldo de setecientos veinte pesos anuales cada uno. Autorizase al Administrador para que, de acuerdo con el Cajero, nombre los individuos que hayan de desempeñar estos puestos.
