El Gobernador del Departamento del Atlántico, impartirá las órdenes del caso a fin de que la referida suma , depositada en la Tesorería General de ese Departamento, sea entregada en la Municipalidad de Sabanalarga, de cuya inversión y manejo dará cuenta a la Contraloría General de la Nación.
