Tan pronto como esté publicado el presente Decreto, la Corte de Cuentas procederá a dictar el reglamento interno sobre el modo y términos en que han de surtirse los juicios probatorios que fuere necesario instaurar, de acuerdo con la ley, para el mejor desempeño de las funciones que le están encomendadas.
