Desdoblar y diferir la siguiente subpartida arancelaria, la cual quedará con el código, descripción y gravamen que se indican a continuación: CODIGO DESIGNACION DE LA MERCANCIA Grav. % 1006.30 - Arroz semiblanqueado o blanqueado, incluso pulido o glaseado 00.10 -- De grano corto o mediano, presentado en empaques hasta de 50 libras 20% 00.90 -- Los demás 80%

Parágrafo

El desdoblamiento aplicará para el arroz que cumpla con las siguientes especificaciones: Largo del grano inferior a 6 m.m. Espesor de 2.5 m.m.
