Criterios Para Priorizar El Ingreso Al Empleo De Emergencia

Decreto 16 de 2011 · por el cual se crea la figura del “empleo de emergencia” para los damnificados por la emergencia económica, social y ecológica declarada por el Decreto 4580 de 2010.

Accederán preferentemente al empleo de emergencia las personas que cumplan con los siguientes requisitos:

1. Ser una persona damnificada o afectada por la situación de desastre Nacional declarada, que se encuentre en los registros de afectados elaborados por el Gobierno Nacional.

2. Estar registrado en la base del Sisben y tener un puntaje que lo clasifique en el nivel I o II, o pertenecer a la estrategia Red Juntos, de los municipios afectados por la ola invernal.
