Autorícese al Gobierno nacional, en cabeza del Ministerio de las Culturas, las Artes y los Saberes, a incorporar dentro del Presupuesto general de la Nación, de acuerdo con el Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo, las partidas presupuestales requeridas para el fortalecimiento de las iniciativas artísticas y culturales que hacen parte del Festival Departamental de Bandas de Cundinamarca de manera que contribuya al fomento, conservación y desarrollo del mismo.
