Las providencias de los Consejos Profesionales Seccionales y del Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica y Profesiones Afines, en las actuaciones a que se refiere en el presente Decreto, se notificarán personalmente dentro de les cinco (5) días siguientes a su expedición; si no se pudiere hacer la notificación personal, se fijará un edicto en papel común en lugar público de la Secretaría Ejecutiva, por el término de cinco (5) días con inserción de la parte resolutiva de la providencia.
