La prescripción de la acción penal, se interrumpirá desde el día en el que quede ejecutoriado el auto de proceder o el día que se dicte la resolución de convocatoria del Consejo de Guerra Verbal, según el caso. Interrumpida la prescripción, principiará a correr de nuevo desde el día de la interrupción.
