Article 8

Son Órganos De Administración De Personal En La Registraduría Nacional Del Estado Civil Y, En Todo Caso, De La Carrera De La Entidad, Los Siguientes: A) Las Comisiones De Personal

° Son órganos de administración de personal en la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil y, en todo caso, de la carrera de la entidad, los siguientes: A) Las Comisiones de Personal. -Central. -Seccionales. B) LA Dirección Nacional de Recursos Humanos. C) El Consejo Superior de la Carrera. D) El Consejo Nacional Electoral.

Parágrafo

El Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil actuará como entidad meramente consultiva y asesora. A) De las Comisiones de Personal.
