Previa la creación de las sociedades o asociaciones, el Gobierno Nacional, determinará, en cada caso, el grado de tutela administrativa, las condiciones y los porcentajes de participación accionaria de cada una de las entidades a que se refiere el artículo primero de la presente Ley.
