Los fondos que se recauden por concepto del impuesto a la gasolina y al ACPM, conforme al artículo 3° del Decreto 179 de 1967, serán entregados al Tesorero General de la Nación, quien los mantendrá en una cuenta especial en el Banco de la República, debiendo enviar el correspondiente dato a los Ministerios de Hacienda y Crédito Público y de Obras Públicas para que se efectúen los giros al Fondo Vial Nacional.
