Postulación de hogares . La postulación de los hogares estará a cargo de la organización y/o comunidad legalmente constituida, quien será la encargada de recopilar la información de los hogares postulados y de realizar el cargue de la misma en la plataforma habilitada por Fonvivienda para tal fin.

Parágrafo

Excepcionalmente, la postulación de los hogares estará a cargo de las Entidades Territoriales, de conformidad con lo establecido en el

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 2.1.13.4.4.
