ARTICULO 34. Contabilización en contratos de administración delegada. En los contratos de administración delegada, el contratante contabilizará los ingresos, costos, deducciones y retenciones en la fuente realizados o efectuados por el administrador delegado, con base en la información que éste le suministre al contratante, la cual deberá reposar en la contabilidad del contratante para ser exhibida cuando la administración tributaria lo exija.
