Límite De La Apuesta

Decreto 824 de 1997 · por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente las Leyes 1ª de 1982 y 53 de 1990, el Decreto Legislativo 386 de 1983, se modifica parcialmente el Decreto 1988 de 1987 y se dictan otras disposiciones en materia de Apuestas Permanentes.

º. Límite de la apuesta. El valor de la apuesta máxima posible por formulario se fija en un mil pesos ($1.000.oo).

Parágrafo

Para establecer el valor de las apuestas reales que se realicen en cada entidad territorial, las entidades concedentes deberán proceder, mensualmente, a tomar una muestra representativa de formularios en diferentes días y lugares de operación de los concesionarios. De este proceso deberán informar a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a su realización allegando los soportes correspondientes.
