Para la recta aplicación de la Ley 61 de 1947 y de las disposiciones de este Decreto, el Banco de la República y la Oficina de Control de Cambios, Importaciones y Exportaciones obrarán sobre la base de los documentos que les suministrará la Prefectura de Control y de cambios, la cual queda facultada para resolver las consultas y promover las acciones a que haya lugar para la efectividad de estas normas. Comuníquese y publíquese.
