° Finalidades de las asociaciones de municipios. Las asociaciones entre municipios quedan facultadas para limitar su objeto a un determinado servicio u obra de interés común o extenderse a varios servicios municipales; igualmente para desarrollar actividades como la planeación, financiación y ejecución de obras para la prestación de tales servicios, o comprender solamente uno cualquiera de los mismos.
