El sorteo de lotería que por la presente Ley se autoriza, deberá efectuarse dentro del segundo semestre del año de 1947, y estará exento de todo impuesto nacional, departamental o municipal, y la venta de los billetes respectivos será libre en todo el territorio de la República.
