º . Cuando el funcionario no hubiere desempeñado el cargo durante el semestre completo o cuando haya hecho uso de licencia no remunerada por tiempo continuo o discontinuo no superior a dos meses dentro del mismo semestre, habrá lugar al reconocimiento y pago de la bonificación de actividad judicial en forma proporcional a los días laborados.
