El artículo 160 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, quedará así: “Facilitación del aforo físico. Para efectos de facilitar el aforo físico se podrá exigir al responsable del depósito o al declarante que agrupe y abra los bultos u ordene y numere las mercancías según su clase; y si son peligrosas, delicadas o frágiles, que ponga a disposición de la Administración de Aduana personal especializado bajo la dirección del funcionario aforador. Los costos que demanden estas operaciones correrán a cargo del declarante”.
