La licencia de primera categoría para la prestación del servicio especial de radioaficionados podrá ser obtenida por personas naturales colombianas o personas naturales extranjeras residentes en Colombia. Para el efecto el interesado deberá presentar

1.

Solicitud suscrita por el particular, indicando el nombre, edad, documento de identificación, nacionalidad y residencia.

2.

Copia autenticada del documento de identificación

3.

Documento en que se acredite por parte de una asociación de radioaficionados, registrada ante el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, la aprobación por el peticionario de un examen sobre telegrafía y radioafición.

4.

Recibo de pago en favor del Fondo de Comunicaciones, por un valor equivalente a treinta (30) salarios mínimos legales diarios.
