Solamente otorgan derecho a la devolución del impuesto sobre las ventas los bienesrelacionados a continuación, adquiridos por turistas extranjeros, previo el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el presente Decreto: - Confecciones - Calzado - Perfumes - Marroquinería - Discos compactos - Artesanías Licores - Alimentos de consumo humano - Juguetería - Esmeraldas y - Joyería artesanal colombiana.
