° El Administrador de la Litografía es el Jefe superior del establecimiento, responsable directo de la organización interna y de los valores que le están confiados, y como tal debe dar todas las ordenes necesarias a fin de mantener en orden y en buen estado de servicios todos los enseres, útiles, maquinaria y materiales pertenecientes a la Litografía y de procurar que las cuentas de dinero y especies se lleven minuciosamente, con escrupulosidad y sin atrasos.
