Seguridad Privada. Cuando los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada, requieran prestar servicios de escoltas con armas de fuego, deberán acreditar ante la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada los requisitos a que se refiere el literal c) del artículo 34 del Decreto 2535 de 1993, respecto de las personas escoltadas.

La escolta para vehículos y mercancía se justificará, de acuerdo con las circunstancias de modo, tiempo y lugar en que se realice el desplazamiento. Las Empresas de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada con servicio de escolta autorizada, deberán verificar el cumplimiento de los anteriores requisitos.
