La medida de Toma de Posesión podrá ser levantada, previo concepto del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, por la Superintendencia Bancaria mediante acto administrativo, cuya notificación se sujetará a las normas del Código Contencioso Administrativo. El recurso de reposición no suspenderá la ejecución de la medida.
