°. Requisitos para acceder al empleo de emergencia. Las personas que deseen acceder a un empleo de emergencia deberán cumplir los siguientes requisitos

Ser mayor de 18 años.

Estar inscrito en el Sistema Nacional de Recurso Humano del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje SENA o demás entidades de intermediación laboral autorizadas para este evento por el Ministerio de la Protección Social. Nota: Declarado inexequible el Decreto 130 de 2011, que modificó el artículo 3 del Decreto 016 de 2011, mediante Sentencia C-252 de 2011. Se reincorpora texto original Decreto 016 de 2011.

Estar registrado en la base del Sisbén y tener un puntaje que lo clasifique en el nivel I o II o pertenecer a la estrategia Red Juntos, de los municipios afectados por la ola invernal".
