Créase el Consejo Profesional de psicología, que estará integrado así:

a)

Por el Ministro de Salud o su delegado personal.

b)

Por el Ministro de Educación o su delegado personal.

c)

Por el Director Nacional del ICFES o su delegado personal.

d)

Por un representante de las Facultades o Institutos de sicología debidamente aprobados por el Gobierno Nacional.

e)

Por un representante de las agremiaciones de Psicólogos del país debidamente constituidas y que tengan personería jurídica.
