Este contrato se probará por escrito y en él deberán constar:
Los elementos de individualización y el desplazamiento de la nave;
El nombre del fletante y del fletador;
El precio del flete, y
La duración del contrato o la indicación de los viajes que deben efectuarse.
La prueba escrita no será necesaria cuando se trate de embarcaciones menores.
