° Libro de actas. Las sociedades podrán asentar en un solo libro las actas de asambleas de accionistas o de juntas de socios y las de juntas directivas. En tal caso deberán distinguirse cada acta con el nombre del órgano y una numeración sucesiva y continua para cada órgano social.
