SITUADO FISCAL. Para los efectos del artículo 34 de la Ley 3º de 1986, en lo que se refiere a la financiación de obras prioritarias de infraestructura en las Intendencias y Comisarías, éstas se realizarán con los excedentes del situado fiscal, con base en los planes y programas legalmente adoptados por ellas y aprobados por el Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías.
