Los empleados y obreros que pignoren sus pólizas de seguro colectivo, para amparar sus deudas, no podrán cambiar los beneficiarios, y las entidades aseguradoras estarán en la obligación de cubrir el seguro pignorado al Banco Central Hipotecario para pagar la deuda del empleado u obrero fallecido.
