El Consejo Nacional de Protección Infantil, siempre que tenga conocimiento de que en su registro se hay inscrito un niño de padre desconocido, pasará aviso inmediato al Promotor-Curador de Menores respectivo para que proponga ante el Juez de Menores la correspondiente investigación. Lo mismo hará el Promotor-Curador de Menores cuando tenga conocimiento de un niño de padre desconocido que comparezca ante el Juzgado. Vigente desde: 26/12/1946 y hasta el: 29/12/1968
