° El empréstito autorizado por el Decreto número 475 del corriente año se denominará Empréstito interior del 10 por 100 de 1918 (sobre las rentas de Salinas terrestres), y su consecución se hará por medio de bonos que se e m i t i r á n numerados y en series do $ 10, $ 20, $ 50 y $ 100. Cada bono llevará anexos los cupones correspondientes a los intereses trimestrales, para los diez años en que ha de quedar amortizado el total del empréstito.
