Artículo segundo. Para perfeccionar el traspaso de las acciones de que trata este Decreto, se hará por medio de un acta suscrita por el Ministerio de Fomento, la Contraloría General de la República y por la Empresa Colombiana de Turismo, S. A., con el lleno de los requisitos que establezca la Contraloría General de la República.
