TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo diez y seis. En todos los casos en que la ley, la ordenanza o el acuerdo hayan establecido el recurso de apelación ante el Gobernador de Cundinamarca, el trámite se cumplirá en primera instancia ante los Alcaldes Menores o Inspectores de Policía, y en segunda instancia ante el Alcalde Mayor, cuya resolución agota la vía gubernativa.
