º . Renovación del permiso. El permiso otorgado por las autoridades competentes tendrá una vigencia de un año, renovable hasta por el mismo término, el cual no puede superar el 31 de diciembre de 2010. Para los efectos pertinentes se deberán acreditar los requisitos de los artículos 1º y 3º, según el caso, y los vehículos cumplan con la edad prevista en el artículo 7º del presente decreto.
