ARTICULO 1o. Supresión y Liquidación. - Suprímese la empresa industrial y comercial del Estado denominada SERVICIO NAVIERO ARMADA REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA "SENARC", creada por decreto 100 de 1984 y reorganizada por los decretos 1207 de 1984, 1475 de 1984, 808 de 1987 y 597 de 1989. En consecuencia, a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, dicha empresa entrará en proceso de liquidación, el cual deberá concluir a más tardar el 31 de diciembre de 1993, y utilizará para todos los efectos la denominación SERVICIO NAVIERO ARMADA REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA "SENARC" en liquidación. La liquidación se realizará conforme al procedimiento que establezca el Gobierno Nacional.
