Art. 309. Embarcado que sea el cargamento del buque i luego que se haya avisado a la Aduana que este se encuentra en disposicion de levar anclas, el Jefe del Resguardo pasará a su bordo, i despues de haberse cerciorado por el rejistro que dobe llevar el empleado de custodia i por su propia inspeccion, de que no hai novedad en el buque, entregará al Capitan el sobordo certificado por la Aduana, con el pase de esta oficina.
