Los extranjeros que entren al país con una "visa de tránsito" y permanezcan en territorio colombiano por un tiempo mayor del autorizado, incurrirán en una multa de doscientos pesos (S 200.00), que será impuesta por el Director General de la Policía Nacional, sin perjuicio de la expulsión.
