Los Consejos de Gobierno de los Departamentos del Atlántico, Caldas, Galán, Huila, Túndame y Quesada y del Distrito Capital, procederán a nombrar, en la forma establecida por el artículo 2° del Decreto legislativo número 29 de 1905, tres Diputados principales a la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente y Legislativa por cada entidad, y sus respectivos suplentes.
Parágrafo
En los demás Departamentos se harán nuevas designaciones para reemplazar a los Diputados que por cualquier motivo hayan perdido su puesto en la Asamblea, a fin de que ésta quede reintegrada con todos sus miembros.
