LLAMAMIENTO A CURSO DE MAYORES DE LOS SERVICIOS. Requisitos

Tener un mínimo de tres (3) años de antigüedad en el grado;

No encontrarse en las circunstancias previstas en el artículo, 87 del Decreto 1835 de 1979, o en las normas que lo modifiquen o adicionan;

Ser propuesto a la Dirección General por el Comandante del Departamento, Director de Escuela o Jefe de Organismo correspondiente, previo estudio de las condiciones personales, profesionales, morales e intelectuales del candidato;

El llamamiento se efectuará por resolución ministerial.
