Artículo tercero. Créase el Puesto Ganadero del Cauca en los terrenos que ese Departamento cedió para dicho fin, según contrato celebrado, con el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, destinado a la cria y propagación del ganado blanco-orejinegro, al servicio de inseminación artificial y a la experimentación de pastos y forrajes.

Parágrafo

El personal directivo de este Puesto Ganadero y sus asignaciones mensuales, serán: Un Médico Veterinario Director $ 250.00 Un Ayudante Pagador Almacenista 150.00 Un Experto en inseminación artificial 100.00
