Determinación de la Fecha Base (FB). La fecha base, FB, es el 30 de junio de 1992, siempre que el trabajador tuviese una vinculación laboral válida en dicha fecha; en caso contrario, la fecha en que finalizó su última vinculación laboral válida anterior al 30 de junio de 1992.
