En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 2º de la Resolución 496 del 2 de abril de 2001 de la Secretaría General de la Comunidad Andina, el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior suministrará semestralmente a dicho organismo, la información referente a las importaciones realizadas al amparo de las franquicias concedidas de conformidad con el presente decreto.
